Terms and conditions are becoming more and more worthless as websites copy and paste the language more and more. Additionally, some of these terms are not even enforceable in some states–that may be okay for those that have time and money to litigate those issues, but clarity to your and your end user can save some trouble. Do not copy and paste terms and conditions from other web sites. It is a solid way to point out issues that you need to deal with, but it is a poor assumption to think that just because someone else used it is good in itself and specifically, it is good for you.
